Work we can show you.

Real systems on real screens. Clients unnamed; every figure from the project’s own records.

A board’s whole decision record, in one place it can prove.

Board governance platform for a payments institution in East Africa

Live
Minutes for a board sitting, generated from the minutes wizard. The numbered resolutions register.
Minutes and the resolutions register. Shown on a fictional demo board; the institution’s own records never leave its account.

Directors from competing shareholder banks, and a decision record rebuilt from emails every time an auditor asked.

What we built
  • Board packs with read receipts, and printing in the board’s own format
  • A minutes wizard that writes the minutes on the board’s letterhead; approved minutes are sealed
  • A numbered, append-only resolutions register
  • Conflict quarantine: a recused director can’t see the item, its papers or the vote, enforced in the database
  • One-click evidence export and an AI assistant that answers only from the board’s own records

589 homes moved off two paid systems, with the books balanced to the cent.

Property management and accounting platform for an estate developer in Mogadishu

Live
Drawn from the handover record. No client figures are shown.

Rent and books split across two paid systems and a stack of spreadsheets, with every payment matched by hand.

What we built
  • A rent roll that bills every tenancy each month
  • A double-entry ledger with period locks: mistakes are reversed, never edited
  • Payments matched on amount, payer’s mobile number and date
  • Landlord and tenant portals, built for low-end phones on slow connections
  • A sealed audit trail and two-step sign-in

Stock that can’t drift from the till.

Till, kitchen and stock system for a hotel-restaurant in Mogadishu

In build
Stock screen: every item with its level and reorder point, and the gap found on the old system. Kitchen display: live orders by table and seat, with allergy flags.
From the working prototype. Staff names removed.

Sales never went back into stock, so the stock count stopped meaning anything.

What we built
  • A read-only audit of the old system that measured the stock gap
  • A stock ledger that can only be added to: every sale takes its recipe out, every delivery puts stock back
  • Orders that reach the kitchen in one step, with seat-level allergy flags
  • Roles walled off in the database, so a chef can’t do an owner’s job

Two websites, audited, fixed and relaunched.

A regulatory law firm in Mogadishu, and a vehicle-transfer start-up in Finland

The start-up’s quote calculator lost money on every long job

A 150 km job. We rebuilt pricing on a real cost model, with routes from road data and quotes in three languages. Audit to relaunch in four days.
